Politique de remboursement
We have a 14-day return policy, thus the customer has a delay of 14 days after receiving the item to submit a request for return.
To be eligible for a return, since our products involve delicate crafting processes, we ask our customers to first send photos of the parts in question to the contact address so we can confirm that the condition of the product is beyond the pre-defined margin of error.
We do not accept returns for minor scuffs or scratches, which may occur due to the level of technical difficulty in the manufacturing process and/or the nature of the materials.
Your item also must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Once the return is accepted and the item is received, we will send a new one. Shipping costs will be at the seller's cost, but the method of shipping when returning the product will have to be agreed upon before executed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
As our store is based in Japan, we do not accept returns which was not preceded by a request and/or followed by any justifications.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
