Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will notify on the site main page in case of delay due to high-demand.
We cannot be responsible for any delay caused by customs at destination, postal or courrier services outside of Japan, also due to natural disaster or war.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free domestic & international shipping for orders amounting above 20000 JPY.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for most countries. Please contact us if you are not able to complete checkout.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, but in most cases are already included in the price, as well as international taxes and duties. Orders are commonly subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), and we handle these charges responsibly with our partnering courier service (FedEx or DHL) when applicable. Therefore, the customer should not expect any charges at arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@kaitaishinsha.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@kaitaishinsha.net with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
