    My husband likes omelettes. I like crepes. I prefer to cut the cheese for each by hand rather than using a Mouli grater. Take this challenge. Use the knife you currently have in your kitchen to cut the Gruyere cheese into a small dice. Then try the Bras #4 knife. You won’t believe the difference. Twice as easy, twice as fast and five times better results. I love these knives.
