硬いパンも平気で切れます。長く丈夫にできた刃、刃先で左右に分かれた構造で、不思議なパンの切れ方をします。刃体が長いため大きなパンでも大丈夫。これがあると、どんなパンでも切れる安心感があります。

First of all, like all the Michel Bras knives, I love the wooden sheath, and it's always a pleasure to slide the knife out from its cover and get ready to cut....bread! Like the other knives, the balanced weight of this knife makes slicing any kind of bread easy, even though it's fairly long. Great knife!
