    Scissors makes it easy to perform complex and delicate tasks, such as cooking poultry and fish with intricate bones, or food that has already been prepped. Michel BRAS scissors embody the brand's philosophy, dedicated to the pleasure of cooking and the simplification of complex tasks. The neat details and rounded handles will add a nice touch to your kitchen.

    Sturdier type of scissors with micro-serrated blades to grasp food firmly. They cut through bones and the toughest carapaces.

    There are two other parts besides the blades to cut food.
    First, a half-moon shaped cavity designed to cut through bones is located on each blade to achieve firmer grasp.
    Next, a nutcracker located between the handles catches bones and carapace firmly to break them down.

    Brilliant kitchen tool that complements the kitchen knife

    the scissors arrived in perfect timing, in the midst of lunar new year feasting. I used it to cut a roasted suckling pig with ease, not requiring a cutting board and not having to crush the precious crackling. The knife feels hefty with a good bite, its smooth operation allows fo efficient and quick cutting, the cleaning is easy bec. both blades comes apart. Highly recommended! (Attached how the roast pig looked before cutting)

    You can tell these scissors have obviously gone through a lot of testing during the developmental process. The details from the feel of the handle, the materials of the blade, the way it cuts, everything is thoroughly optimized.

    胡桃割り使う人いる?

    繊細な骨肉には抜群に良いが、ジビエや羊の骨には十分力が入らないかな〜と。
    その点改良の余地ありだが、一キロ未満の魚や鶏肉、鳩などを捌くにはちょうどよかった。
