
All you need are Pe-tsai (or Chinese) cabbage and some candied citrus of your choice.
Slice the cabbage, and cut the candied citrus (I used Buddha’s Hand for this recipe) into pieces.

Display on a plate.
Sprinkle some flowers, slice some apricot with the Micro Slicer.

Season with grated orange peel and some lemon juice.
